A few days ago, Konami sent out this cryptic invitation to their press conference, and got the gaming press into a mildly interested buzz:

News for a major announcement
you were not expecting.

While some may argue that this was Kojima's announcement, most tend to believe that it was the announcement that Silent Hill V (that's 5) will release on PS3 and Xbox 360. No dates yet, but Konami promises more news on the game in the near future.
